Goal Setting for the New Season

To start your season off right, the coaches of the Sarnia-Bluewater Wrestling Club have provided you with two workbooks to set your goals and track your progress throughout the season. One of the most important steps to take any activity seriously is to make a plan, and set goals. Only then can you continually reflect on whether you’re doing the right thing every day to achieve those goals, both on and off the mat.

Take advantage of these two great resources provided by Coach Burke to start setting your SMART goals, and check back here for more resources to track them throughout the season.
